These guys did things a little differently with their wedding plans, having their legal ceremony in Indianapolis in America last year and then a lovely marquee garden wedding at James' family home in Shrewsbury this August. More on that celebration later in the year but here's some from their couple's shoot around Shrewsbury...

When we were chatting about the timeline of the day over a cup of tea I realised it was going to be a bit tight to get some couple photos done in the time frame, and it was a bit limited to the garden at their house which although beautiful was mostly taken up with a big marquee! So I suggested we meet up a few weeks later all dressed up and do some photographs around Shrewsbury meaning we weren't so time pressured. I am so pleased with these, it was super over cast all day and then the sun graced us with it's beautiful golden hour presence! Usually on a wedding day I do 2 x 10 minute couple photo slots whereas with these guys we had a whole hour and a half! Although that did also entail a fair bit of walking and some historical tidbits from James...
