Planetarium Wedding Photography - Shoot at At Bristol Science Museum

This shoot came together with a wonderful team of wedding suppliers, all working really hard to produce an alternative wedding shoot in a unique venue; At Bristol's brand new planetarium. Bristol is now home to the UK's first 3D planetarium and I jumped at a chance to shoot there, and in their reception rooms, which are both licensed for weddings.

Beth & Fergus Clifton Engagement Shoot

These guys chose to have their engagement shoot at Beth's parents' house in Clifton, Bristol and once I'd arrived I could completely see why -They havethe most gorgeous garden over looking the suspension bridge and the Avon Gorge! We have a very relaxed morning roaming the gardens and playing with their very lovely two dogs.

Paul & Nam Clifton Observatory Engagement Shoot

A few weeks ago I met up with Nam & Paul for their Clifton observatory engagement photos and we had such a lovely time! These guys picked this location out of a bunch of my suggestions and I think it worked perfectly. I've never been to the Observatory before and we went up and had a look at the Camera Obscura and down (very down) into the caves that come out on the side of the gorge and give you wonderful views of the bridge!

Delbury Hall Wedding in Shropshire

Prince Albert Pub Wedding in Camden

This wedding had it all! Wonderful wedding transport in the form on a big red bus, a relaxed reception at Prince Albert pub (wonderful food!) and their dog Tilly there being part of it all.

Why should we have an engagement shoot? (TL;DR they're actually really fun)

I wanted to write something a little more in depth about e-shoots - I think there can be a bit of speculation and confusion about what they're for and why they're useful. Some people think they are super cringey (and some can be!) but really there's a whole host of reasons why they're a great, fun idea. Here's a little bit more why I think it's so important that I include it as standard with all my couples..
