Becky & Mike Halloween Wedding at Holiday Inn, Bristol
Becky and Mike wedding was what I feel weddings are fundamentally about - bringing people together. The old and the young, coming from near and from far; all to celebrate their love.
Despite it being on halloween (I had braced myself for gain force winds and torrential rain) the sun shone beautifully and as we gallivanted around the grounds of the hotel for pictures, I felt as though we could have been in a national park. These guys were great, Becky vetoing her sparkly heels in favour for some bright blue wellies when we went somewhere a little muddy, and despite having a very large princess dress at the start, removing the underskirt to reveal a gorgeous dipped hem dress much for suitable for getting her party on! As these guys opted for a shorted coverage I left them just after the speeches and cake cutting, although I have absolutely no doubt they had a blast dancing the night away.
And as their lovely daughter Scarlett proudly said after the speeches: “Now we are the Nutt family”

On the day, she was super professional and had a lovely calm effect. We hardly knew she was there during the busier times so she managed to catch some lovely shots, not just of us but of our friends and family as well. When we were posing for shots it felt much more natural and was so much easier and relaxed than at other weddings I've attended.
