Sweeney Hall Wedding Venue

It was my first time visiting Sweeney Hall on Sunday and I’m always happy to find another local venue with beautiful views on the welsh countryside.

I was very happy to get a stall alongside other Shropshire wedding photographers to show off my photos to lots of lovely couples and their families. Luckily enough I was positioned next to Steve Parry who played incredible piano for the whole day. I met some wonderful people so fingers crossed for a few more bookings for this year and next, a wedding fair is such a great opportunity to show your work and your personality off face to face. That said it can also be a bit nerve-wracking and I nearly always get butterflies! Here's some photos of my stall, showing off my new branding by Claire at Puravida Creative (more of that coming later in the week!) with my new signs by local company Promo Print. I've tried to set up my stall so you can immediately tell what my work is about and to attract couples who are after documentary photography. I love having all my thank you cards and testimonials up there too, as not only does it show people what it's like to work with me through the words of past clients, but also keeps me smiling throughout the day when I read them.

The next fair I have is coming up at Walcot Hall on the 2nd April from 12-4... hope to see you there!
